Director of Education
Ken has worked in schools for over 40 years. During his career he has served as teacher, administrator and head of schools in Chicagoland’s private and public schools while also pursuing his PhD at the University of Chicago. Mr. Hunter has also served the Illinois State Board Education (ISBE) in various capacities, including 11 years as chair of the ISBE Language Arts Assessment Advisory Council, and as reviewer of the Prairie State Reading Examination for the United States Department of Education.
